Airport Pick Up

Wild Rider offers you a free airport pick up. During our working hours from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM we wait for you after your arrival and give you a free ride to our office.

Great flexibility at the beginning and end of your rental period

Connecting flights are missed, ground staff or pilots go on strike, weather conditions prevent departure due to fog, and you land in Liberia or Panama instead of San José. Wild Rider knows these conditions and reacts in a customer-friendly manner. You will never lose a reservation, even if you show up 1 or 2 days later. We will keep your reservation on the condition that you let us know.

How to meet us at the airport

We'll be able to meet you OUTSIDE of the airport building. After you have left the building, turn right, and walk alongside the building (around 50 meters/50 yards). You are now in front of the Restaurant MALINCHE.

Passing customs and immigration can take between 15 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the volume of officers and travelers.

Before you leave the building to get to the Malinche Restaurant, you can still use Wi-Fi to send us a message or email and call us at 506-8973-2759 through WhatsApp; or 011-506-8973-2759 from a United States phone. If you can´t contact us in this regular way, there is a second possible option: Ask any of the independent workers offering all kinds of services and help with bags outside the airport. You may be able to ask them for a very short phone call to contact us.

* We pick up every travel group individually; other clients have no waiting time.

Note: Inside the airport, you can use the free wifi. It is not very fast, but it works for small communication.

After your call, we will leave the parking lot; we will meet you in front of the Deli-Malinche Restaurant, picking you up in a blue minivan labeled with the name of our company. We will have the emergency lights on since we can't park for a long time on the sidewalk. We will need to be vigilant in getting to the vehicle.

- We offer delivery/pick up in the Tortuguero and Corcovado National Parks.

- We offer delivery/pick-up at the border crossings to Nicaragua and Panama.
